Markt des guten Geschmacks in Stuttgart is Germany's successful leading trade fair for Slow Food. For four days, the focus is on regional, sustainable and handcrafted food. The joy of cooking and conscious enjoyment as well as the appreciation of the food cultures are the supporting pillars of the fair. Visitors come face to face with producers and food artisans who remain anonymous in everyday consumer life. Only exhibitors who submit to the high Slow Food quality criteria according to the principle "good, clean, fair" are admitted to the fair.
